A character home, recently modernised
The building dates to around 1860/70 and still features some lovely period details including a Victorian cornice, ornate arches, and a beautiful stained glass window. The interior has been recently renovated, blending original character with a clean, modern feel.
Layout and Access
Bay Dreams is arranged over the upper floors. The ground floor is an entrance hall only, with the main living space on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
- First floor: Sea-view lounge (front bay window), twin bedroom (two single beds), family bathroom, and a spacious kitchen.
- Second floor: Master king bedroom with en-suite, and a second king bedroom with en-suite.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Master bedroom: King bed, en-suite, and a larger shower (approx 1.2m x 0.8m).
- Second bedroom: King bed with en-suite.
- Third bedroom: twin room utilises a separate family bathroom on the first floor.
Kitchen
Bright and airy with skylights, and fully equipped for self-catering (if you like).

Views and Location
With a prime location in the Mumbles, Bay Dreams has great view across Swansea Bay, All Saints Church in front, and Oystermouth Castle to the left.
Mumbles has a great choice of places to eat and drink, and the seafront promenade has been recently improved. You are just a 3 to 4 minute walk from the local amenities.
